Went with toothache and young dentist and her dental nurse were both professional, friendly and assuring. The dentist examined and x-rayed, and clearly stated and showed the options. I went back for an extraction 3 days later (was offered later that day, but delay my choice). When I got there the same young dentist was again very professional and friendly, she explained everything in advance as she did them. The removal was as pain free as possible and I was told how to care for gum left, with instructions and she asked if I had any questions. A shame that dentist was finishing up her brief stay at Easter Ross Dental before she heads back to Glasgow to continue her career. She'll do well.

Excellent dental practice. Arranged an appointment quickly when I broke a tooth. My usual dentist is Lewis who is really good but because it was an urgent appointment Misha did the filling and she was great too. We travel a long way to get here and very glad we do.

I have 7 teeth movable top portion for years and honestly I’m scared of having extraction. But when the Dentist Ms M. Mafusiri explained all the treatments, I give my trust to her and she was very attentive, patients and caring with follow up review on my case.
Now, I’m wearing my temporary denture though gum still on healing process, my confidence back, smiling without covering my mouth & slowly eating foods that I’ve missed for certain times.
Thank you very much to my Dentist and all the Team/Staff, can’t wait to come back & see more improvement to myself.

I've been with a dentist for a few years now, worth the wait, Dr Lee Yien Jia always explains everything to me. He is such a talented young man. I really have found the best dentist, truly I am grateful. I noticed it said Dec 2026 for registration date end. I really hope he stays there forever lol. He is also excellent with my daughter when she comes to get her teeth checked. And also is a lovely clean dentist practice.I am truly grateful for your service 😁 Thank-you.

I’m extremely upset and disappointed with how I was treated by the receptionist at this practice. I had previously missed two appointments due to genuine mental health struggles, which I explained, and another appointment that I responsibly called ahead to cancel due to a family situation. Instead of any understanding or compassion, I was spoken to in a very snarky and dismissive tone and told it had been “too many times,” and my registration was cancelled,
I later tried calling back politely to ask for another chance as I felt this was unfair given my circumstances and willingness to communicate, but I received no response or help at all. Because of this I’ve now been left without a dentist I trusted for ongoing tooth treatment and wisdom tooth removal, and local practices are full,
The dental staff themselves were always kind, but the way vulnerable patients are handled at reception is incredibly cold and has left me stressed and without care. Patients deserve basic empathy and communication, especially when mental health is involved

Very pleased with this practice having joined only a few weeks ago. They managed to fit me in at short notice following a broken tooth which they did a great job of filling. As a new patient they took x rays and explained clearly what the x rays showed and potential issues which may have to be addressed in the future. I was also given a thorough check up and clean. Altogether a very impressive and professional service.

I live 25 miles away from the dentist and they are so good with me I won't sign up with any dentists closer to me. Sign up with them they are amazing ☮

I’ve been lucky to receive excellent care and service from Lewis King over the past 6 months. I’d avoided treatment for some time due to being a nervous patient but having been looked after so well, I definitely feel much happier about future treatment. Personally I would prefer not to see so much promotion of Botox/fillers in the practice. It doesn’t bother me but makes me reluctant to move my teenage daughters to the practice which I’d otherwise be really keen to do.
